Tiffany is an experienced Recruiter and Career Development professional who gained experience in attorney recruiting as an Attorney Search Director with a national attorney search firm. Prior to focusing her work on advising and coaching law students and legal professionals in their pursuit of career opportunities, Tiffany practiced with a multinational mass media and information firm and an Am Law 100 firm of over 800 attorneys. She is uniquely able to communicate with employers to discern their existing and future hiring needs/goals while recruiting and preparing candidates for placement and long-term success. Tiffany values building professional relationships with employers and potential candidates that are rooted in trust and confidence.
