Sourcing Candidates
With a deeper understanding of your firm/company we actively seek out talent that fits your criteria. Using multiple outlets including social media, networking, traditional recruiting calls, and postings, we identify qualified candidates for consideration.
Initial screening
We conduct initial conversations with interested candidates to determine whether they meet your set objectives. We also verify licenses and, when appropriate, conduct reference checks.
Scheduling interviews
We assist with coordinating interview logistics and preparing employers and candidates for interviews.
Offers
We aim to make the offer process as smooth as possible. We manage candidate and employer expectations while respecting confidentiality.
