IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY – Birmingham, AL

The Kahlon Network is seeking an Entry to Junior level Attorney to join the Birmingham office of a growing Immigration firm. The firm is seeking an attorney with a passion for immigration matters and an entrepreneurial personality to join their thriving practice.  Attention to detail and strong writing and interpersonal skills are the key to success in this close-knit and charismatic office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on removal, humanitarian and other immigration-focused matters including: Adjustment of Status (Green Cards); Family-Based Petitions; Fiancé Visas; Removal of Conditions; Temporary Protected Status (TPS); Violence Against Women Act (VAWA); Legal Permanent Residency; and I-601A Waivers

Interested candidates must be licensed to practice in Alabama or planning to sit for the July 2025 Bar Exam. Knowledge of and/or experience in immigration law or working with the immigrant community is a plus. Prior Litigation or Family Law experience is also a plus. Spanish language ability preferred.
