CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION ATTORNEY, Birmingham, AL

The Kahlon Network is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney with at least three (3) years of litigation experience gained at a law firm or as a term clerk. This is a great opportunity for a litigator interested in litigation matters as they relate to construction transactions. The firm is seeking an attorney to join their very busy Birmingham office and offers an opportunity to gain immediate hands-on experience from experienced and dedicated attorneys who go above and beyond for their clients. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, have an exceptional work ethic, and be a strong researcher and writer. Responsibilities will include: drafting pleadings, motions, reports, and briefs; managing discovery; attending depositions; and making court appearances. Attorneys work closely with architects, engineers, construction professionals and designers.

Interested candidates must have a JD, strong academic credentials, relevant work experience and either a license to practice in Alabama or the ability to become licensed in Alabama.
