COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PARTNER ATTORNEY - Birmingham, AL

The Kahlon Network is seeking a Partner-Level Attorney with at least seven (7) years of transactional real estate experience and at least $450,000.00 in portable business for an opportunity with a top Real Estate practice in Birmingham, AL. The firm has the latitude and flexibility to develop a new partner’s existing business, supplement his/her work with existing firm clients, and support the development of new business. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactional matters including retail, leasing, acquisition of properties, development and formation of related entities as well as general corporate transactional experience (due diligence, dispositions, contracts, and financing). The employer seeks a candidate with an entrepreneurial personality and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Interested candidates must have the required subject matter experience, a JD, and either be admitted to the Alabama Bar or eligible for admittance in Alabama.
