The Kahlon Network is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Technology Transactions Attorney with 2-4 years of experience for an opportunity with a top New York firm. The firm boasts a sophisticated corporate practice, collegial environment, commitment to diversity, and commitment to attorney success in and out of the office. The firm represents clients in cybersecurity, data protection, privacy, intellectual property and technology related matters such as data protection plans, licensing, distribution, procurement, complex software license agreements and transactions, and trademark prosecution. The ideal candidate will have experience handling technology related matters either with a large law firm, boutique focused on this type of work, or in-house.

Interested candidates must have the required subject matter experience, a JD, and either be admitted to the New York Bar or eligible for admittance in New York.
