Medicare Compliance Attorney - Remote

The Kahlon Network is seeking a Junior Medicare Compliance Attorney with at least one (1) year of experience to join our client’s busy defense practice as a Remote Associate. The firm offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking to gain trial experience while assisting clients across the nation. This team of experienced attorneys and nurses advise clients on complex matters involving compliance with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act and Reporting Requirements, MSA Allocations, CMS Approvals, Liability Conditional Payment claims, and Advantage and Prescription Plan claims.

The firm is eager to add a new member to this very busy practice and has the resources available to mentor and train a junior attorney. The firm offers a competitive salary and generous benefits.
